Bible Studies

Bible Study is at the core of Christian Education, and accordingly, St. Michael’s offers opportunities to study Sacred Scripture.

Wednesdays, following the 7:00 a.m. Mass, we enjoy a Breakfast and Bible Study. Contact the Rector to see what book of the Holy Bible is currently being studied.

Sunday morning, from 9:15 to 9:45 am, the Rector or the Deacon, will offer a class which may encompass Church History, Theology, Biblical themes, Church Music and Anglo-Catholic devotions.

During the seasons of Advent, (late November through mid-December) and Lent, (approximately February through March) a Book Study class meets from 10:15 a.m. through 11:30 a.m., on Thursday mornings following the 9:30 a.m. Mass. The book chosen corresponds to the Season and is an additional opportunity to grow in our understanding of Our Lord and his Church.

We encourage you to attend an event and time which suits your interest. The better informed we are about our Faith, the easier it is to defend it and share it with others. Thus, Adult Christian Education is an important part of discipleship.
