Service and Outreach

Through our Society of Mary, Queen of the Angels Ward we have begun to serve the homeless and down trodden at the Broadway Assistance Center every month that has a Fifth Thursday by serving an evening meal and comforting our less fortunate brethren.

Once a month we also provide food to the local food bank through donations and gifts of food. During the Diocese Loaves and Fishes drive we are usually one of the larger parishes to provide much needed food and assistance.
Some people have termed it the 8th Wonder of the World, others just know it as the semi-annual rummage sale. This is a chance for people of the community to either donate unwanted ‘stuff’ or provide an opportunity to pick up some great bargains for their homes. Our parish hall each spring and fall is filled to the brim with donated items and we provide a very useful outlet to our community.

If you are in need of sick communion please contact one of the clergy.
