NATIONAL MEETING: St. Michael and All Angels’ Church has the honor and pleasure of hosting the National Meeting of the SOM on Saturday, April 30th. The Mary, Queen of the Angels Ward is sponsoring the event: our entire parish is welcome and encouraged to participate in the Mass, luncheon, and meeting. Please make your reservations for lunch following the 11:00 a.m. Mass. Sign-up sheets for luncheon reservations and for volunteering are at the back of the church!

PENTECOST BRUNCH AND GIVEAWAY MAY 15th. Brunch tickets go on sale next Sunday, May 1st. Giveaway tickets are on sale now. See Bulletin insert for more information.

PRESENTING…THE SAINT MICHAEL AND ALL ANGELS’ PENTECOST BRUNCH BUFFET! Exclusively brought to you by none other than the esteemed Busler/Hunt/Kliegel Catering Enterprises! You won’t want to miss this culinary delight, in anticipation of the Raffle and Giveaway. Tickets will be on sale May 1st and May 8th. The cost will be the same as last year: $12 for adults; $6 for children 6 and under.

DINING OUT FOR LIFE® is on Thursday: participating restaurants and breweries will donate 25% of the day’s sales to Project Angel Heart, an organization providing nutritious meals for people living with HIV/AIDS and other life-threatening illnesses. RTR is selling tickets to “Incorruptible” in the curate’s office after mass; get them before the end of the month and save $10 per ticket. Be a part of opening night and get your free commemorative glass at the complimentary cocktail reception, where you can meet the cast and crew of this VERY funny show. The show runs Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, June 3rd -June 19th. Help RTR “Raise the Roof” at Saint Michaels’.

MEMORIAL GARDEN PAVERS: We are in the process of finalizing an order for pavers for the Legacy/Landscape Garden. The cost remains $200/paver. June 1 is the deadline for placing orders. Anyone interested in placing an order, please contact Nancy Hoehn or Dian Searles.

SAVE YOUR UNWANTED PERSONAL PAPERS for Shredding Day, Saturday, May 21st.

ALL HANDS ON DECK: It’s time to spruce up the spruces and polish the grass. Sign-up sheets are in the narthex for the spring cleaning of the church, inside and out. Join us on Saturday, May 21st to freshen the church as they shred the records in the parking lot. Clean-up will start right after mass, and we need people inside and out.

EYC – On the Move – Meets Wednesday nights, 7:00-8:30 p.m., with combined Youth Groups from Church of the Epiphany and St. Gabriel Church.) Please call Gary Stoddard (303-761-7179) for location.

INTINCTION is administered on the pulpit side of the Altar Rail, where the chalice is always administered by the ordained clergy. Please be sure to receive on this side if you receive by intinction. Intinction will be administered using the entire altar rail for the time being, at 8:00 a.m. only. This is due to there being only one priest to administer the sacrament at 8:00 a.m. 10:00 a.m. will remain as before.
